- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- This property has 7 exterior security cameras: 1 camera at the gate, 1 camera at the front door pointed at the porch, 1 camera at the side door pointing towards the door (main entrance for guests), 1 camera on the garage pointed towards the side door of the garage, 1 camera on the garage pointed towards the driveway, 1 camera on the right corner of the house pointed towards the driveway and a shed, and 1 camera by the glass doors leading to the grill/sitting area. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking and Vehicle Information
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

- Kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics, utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and ice-maker.
- High-speed internet is provided.

- Clothes washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron provided.
- Bed linens and towels are provided.
- There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
